1) We bring our own tables, table cloths, shelving units, clothing racks, and attractive professional display set-ups. We clean and price each item in the sale, and put up signage at the property directing the buyers so they know what rooms are off-limits.
Our experience shows that potential buyers like to see a professionally set up sale. Our motto - cleanliness, order, and ease of item viewing. This always creates more sales for you. Cash is typical, but we also offer credit card processing which our customers love. We also provide a listing of all high dollar value items that were sold with your payment.
2) Evergreen does all of the Estate Sale advertising and marketing so you don't have to.
We have a very loyal following of wonderful supporters who just love coming out to our sales. We make sure to send each of them an invite to your sale. This increases the buyers significantly. Also, potentials buyers will be able to see your sale on Estatesales.net, and other local advertisements, with the dates of the sale, pictures of selected items, and a detailed listing of the most important items in the sales. And yes - we sell cars, trailers, snowmobiles, other licensed items, and recreational vehicles as well! Once the sale is completed, we also offer a clean-out service should our customers need it. And your proceeds from the sale including a detailed accounting is provided to you within 10 business days after the sale.
